Mental Health First Aid Champions Course 

Objectives

  • Understand common mental health issues
  • Develop knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness
  • Be able to spot signs of mental ill health
  • Get the skills to support positive well-being

Who Should Attend

This course is suitable for anyone ages 16 years +
Due to some of the sensitive subjects of the course, delegates should be aware that some people can find certain aspects of the course content difficult, although our instructors help everyone to feel safe and comfortable.

  • A certificate of attendance to say you are an MHFA Champion
  • A manual to refer to whenever you need it
  • A quick reference card for the Mental Health First Aid action plan
  • A workbook including a helpful toolkit to support your own mental health
